Our naturopathy practice exists only because of our patients and clients. Most of the businesses like to repeat the same statements - "client is a top priority", "client is everything", "client is always right", etc. Ironically, the same businesses, particularly in the service industries like banks, financial companies, trade centers, private clinics and so on, - are the ones who rip off the clients most of all. The really don't care about your problems, your health and your concerns in general - everything is directed towards ripping off maximum profits by all possible mean. Ideally they don't want you to question what they do, and of course, they don't want to hear any complaints or criticism.

Our practice employs principally different philosophy - we do not repeat the same worn out phrases about clients, but we say following - Client is important for us, and We are important for the Client. Our work is based on the principle of equilibrium  - "you go half way to me and I will go the other half to you". Only by following such rules, we can be sure that our patients really respect their own choice and value what we do, and from our side, we can guarantee that we will make maximum efforts to help our client regain and restore his health. Such relationships with our patients - is very important part of our practice, because it implies freedom of choice and independence from both sides. We do not impose or persuade anyone in benefits of our healing methods, unless we see that person really wants it or needs it. It saves our time, emotional resources and most importantly, our energy, so we can direct it toward only those patients who really need help.

In real practice it means, that best results in natural treatment will occur with those clients, who really understand what they are doing, understand the importance of timely treatment to prevent further health problems, and finally who shows complete trust in our method of natural healing. Such belief and trust in positive outcome can really do wonders and we have seen it many times in our practice. It is wide-spread opinion among natural therapist that the result of body cleanse and many other natural healing procedures is very much dependent on psychological and emotional state of the client. Needless to say, that if a person comes full of scepticism, disbelief in natural cures, and will not open up to the new possibilities, it will be much more difficult for naturopath to obtain the same results as with the open-minded and optimistic person. 

Of course everyone has its own right for sensible scepticism, doubts and personal views, therefore we do not expect and we do not want clients to blindly belief everything that we say and do in our practice. It is absolutely the right way of dealing with things in every aspect of our live, not only in medical area. Only with questioning, doubts and alternative views people can develop and create things differently.

We enjoy answering questions and we urge our patients to ask as many as they can to remove all the doubts they have, so they can make good decision for themselves.

Ultimately, we are glad to meet absolutely EVERY person in our practice, because every individual is very unique and important to us, and it will be a great challenge for us to find maximum points of contact between us, and eventually  find out - what we can do for this client based on his individual history and problems, and also what this person really wants and expect from his treatment.
